Hey I have a quick question:

The new computer I'm building uses a Asus M4A89GTD Pro / USB3 motherboard with integrated 4290 graphics. Now I'm planning to use dual monitors with it. Would I be best to put one monitor on the VGA and one on the DVI using a DVI to VGA adapter, and have both monitors using VGA. Or would it still work if I had one monitor using VGA and one using DVI? Or would that cause visible differences in color, contrast and resolution when the monitors are sitting side-by-side?
Does VGA still deliver good quality picture?

Thanks

Looking at the image of the DVI connector of the motherboard, it will not support a DVI to VGA converter since it is missing the analog outputs around the horizontal slot.

I would stay with the same manufacturer so if the MOBO has a ATI add you 4350

less driver issues
