I have an ASRock G31M-S R2.0 and I don't know why the USB ports aren't working.
I instaled and reinstaled all the drivers that camed with the CD plus the drivers from theyr website but same story...
What can it be?
Go to Intel.com/support site, run the automatic driver detection tool. Your screenshot shows your mobo has an ICH7 chipset. The tool will check your installed drivers and then show you which Intel drivers you have installed and of they need updating. There will be a link next to each available driver so you can install directly.
It should fix your problem!
