Could it be my mobo's problem?

Last response: in Motherboards

I have the MSI P55A-G55 and one day I got the BSOD saying (process1_initialization_failed) and a bunch of other BSOD, some saying about my ntdll.dll file.

Now I bought a brand new CPU, RAM, GPU, PSU, Harddrive and optical drive but the same Mobo and I still get the error.

Any ideas?

edit: I tried all possible fixes and trouble shoots available on the internet and still no luck. I tried installing 3 OS's (xp, vista and 7)

It does sound motherboard related. But before you replace it, try changing your CMOS battery. If it's dying, you may get 'false' errors like that.
