I am using Corsair Memory Vengeance Black 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz CAS 9 XMP Dual Channel CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 - 8GB (2x4GB)

on an asrcok extreme 4 gen 3 mobo with the ram set in the bios to PC3-12800 (1600) with a intel i5 2500k at stock settings is this ok ?
