I recently purchased a custom build computer using, the specs are:

Motherboard: Asus P8P67 LE REV 3 intel P67 LGA 1155
Processor: Intel Core i7-2600K 3.4 Ghz Unlocked LGA1155 CPU
GPU: Geforce GTX 570 GC Edition 1280 MB DDR5
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast series TX850 V2 850W 80+ Bronze
Ram: PNY XLR8 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ PC3-12800

So I am having a problem with this computer just recently, when I turn my computer on everything powers up but after about 3 seconds it will power itself down and then power back up again and run normally. When I first purchased it, it did not do this and simply turned on with a hit of the switch. I was wondering if you could tell me if this is normal for a computer with these specs to do?

No, that's definitely not normal. It could be a motherboard problem, or a power supply problem, or a BIOS setting. My guess is the first. But try this... when you boot up, press the key that takes you into the BIOS setup (if it gives you time before re-starting). Go to the last of the options across the top that has to do with exiting and saving. Find the option that allows you to reset the BIOS to default. Do that and save upon exit. See if the problem still persists.
