Suggest a PC Configuration for Web Developer

Hello,

I am planning to assemble a desktop.
with a Core i7 Second Gen CPU, 8 GB of RAM, Primary SSD, and secondary SATA (1TB).

Intended Use:
Eclipse, Android Development, Photoshop CS5, Server Programming

Can anyone please suggest me which motherboard should I go with, and should I also consider buying an graphics card. (I do moderate gaming).

Secondly, could you also please let me know tentative price of this Desktop (Indian Rupee).
