Is this good enough

hi,
i am going to get a new computer assembled.i will be using my old 450 watts psu(which is still under warranty)
the new parts i did like to get are ati hd 6770 1GB graphics card ,any compactable motherboard,and a phenom ii x 4 955 be,of course 4gb of ddr3 ram.
is this good enough to handle games?
will it last me for atleaset 2 years?
should i wait for an am3+ based motherboard?

i will be using my old ide based hard disk,so suggest a motherboard for that,which also have sata II.

- old PSU from Stock case cannot support HD 6770 and 45W very limited Power , better buy New minimal 500W pure power
- ii x 4 955 be and HD 6770 good for Game
- AM3+ is ready
