Hello,
I have a ASUS k42jc laptop. as it has been written the VGA of the laptop is vVIDIA GeForce 310M;VRAM:1GB. When i installed the driver of the laptop there is two VGA in the display adaptor, device manager, including Inte(R) graphic media accelerator HD, and nVIDIA GeForce 310M. In the screen resolution, when i click on the "detect", these two VGA are not detected, and also in the advance settenig of the windows i can not select 60Hertz of screen refresh rate, in the monitor tab of avance setting. it cause i have problen plugging in and unplogging. how can i justify that?

Sounds like your laptop supports hybrid graphics and you can switch between the Intel and Nvidia GPUs to save power (increase battery life with the Intel) or increase performance (with the Nvidia). There should be an application, provided by Asus, installed that will let you select your preferred GPU (restart is likely needed as well when you switch). Does this sound familiar?
