i am confused on what Video card to choose as their prices(Philippine Price) are just close ...
. i know that these video cards would be much for my resolution of 1366x768....
please help me choose which good at choice 1 & 2..i apreciate ur help..

The HD6850 is the strongest of the cards you list. I would go with the sapphire one although the other options are plenty for your resolution.

how bout the Palit GTX 460 768mb/192bit ddr5 or EVGA GTS 450 1gb/128bit ddr5 SC (super clocked)

They would both be good for your resolution, in performance order best and down HD6850, GTX460 768MB and GTS450. If you upgrade your monitor to higher resolution during the ownership of the card you will appreciate having gone with the most powerful card. If you stay with that monitor then the cheapest card is the best buy.
