Bottleneck

Hello all, I bought a HIS 4670 (h467qs1gha) It's in back order for now from TigerDirect .Ca , ~agp card for my aging machine , It's an upgraded a HP ( a250n )
Was this a a bad purchase , ( will this card bottle neck my machine ? ) I can still order anything else in stock .
I am using a ( ASUS ~ AH2600pro ) Card for now .

Monitor ~ Samsung SyncMaster ( EX2220 )
Intel ~P4 3.2 Northwood
2 ghz RAM
450w psu

Any help please , I use my machine for , Movies, (Games) I play , L4 Dead , Counterstrike Source, Team fortress, ( Not Crysis or Mass effect ) nothing heavy.

I have no money for a new system ( i.e.) motherboard 890fx amd machine , Intel, Sandybridge, atari, etch a sketch....lol

The new GPU will not be a bottleneck and will outperform the 2600 Pro you were using. You should be fine for the listed applications you are using.
