LGA775 micro ATX Mobo supports Pentium D 820 (2.8Ghz) plus ATA drive

I'm looking for a micro ATX motherboard from Gigabyte, Asus and MSI (LGA 775) which support Pentium D 820 (2.8GHz) (which i already have), has one ATA connector (for my old ATA Drive ), SATA II, DDR3 RAM slot.

Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT
MSI G41M-P26 / G41M-P28

please tell me if you know any other motherboard which support above mentioned list. And if not suggest me better one from

The G41 chipset doesnt support the Intel® Pentium® D 820. For a chipset that supports the Intel Pentium D 820 you need to look at the 945, 955, and 975. The board that I can see right now at Newegg that supports this processor is the Intel Desktop Board DG965SSCK http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I've checked their CPU support list--- few G41 chipset supports Pentium D 820

Companies like Gigabyte can sometimes offer Bios to give support for other processors but we don't list any "3" or "4" series chipsets as being supported on the Intel® Pentium D 820 http://ark.intel.com/products/27512/Intel-Pentium-D-Pro...(2M-Cache-2_80-GHz-800-MHz-FSB) under compatible products and chipsets.
