Check and make sure your SATA ports are set to AHCI and not IDE. The BIOS update probably made the board default to IDE.

The AHCI is on..not IDE, i even Upgraded the Firmware on the SSD to 1.3.3 and still nothing. i can access the drive if i use another HDD, that how i manage to upgrade the firm on the force 3.

You can get into BIOS I guess?

Try another SATA port.

Try resetting CMOS. Either with the jumper on the board or by removing the battery for 10 minutes.
