i upgraded my Asus P8Z68 Deluxe Gen 3 Bios from 3101 to 3202.. now after i did the whole upgrade went well no errors happen. until i notice that it kept doing a Boot loop on the Bios...

Check and make sure your SATA ports are set to AHCI and not IDE. The BIOS update probably made the board default to IDE.

The AHCI is on..not IDE, i even Upgraded the Firmware on the SSD to 1.3.3 and still nothing. i can access the drive if i use another HDD, that how i manage to upgrade the firm on the force 3.

You can get into BIOS I guess?

Try another SATA port.

Try resetting CMOS. Either with the jumper on the board or by removing the battery for 10 minutes.
