What is this sound coming from my head phones and speakers?

Well im not sure if this is in the right section because im new here. Okay so i just recently switched cases, I moved everything except the graphics card and power supply of a Hp Pavilion elite m9200t http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=3709087&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us to an Antec Air Lanboy case. I replaced the graphics card with a HIS ICEQ X Turbo 6950 and the PSU with a Corsair enthusiast series 650w PSU. Now during video games like Battlefield Bad company 2 or anything else i hear a static hissing and whining over the sound. Yet if i watch videos on Youtube or something i cannot hear it unless i turn my sound all the way up (Dangerous with 40mm speakers in my headphones) I checked my connections and they seem fine and the only wires really bent are ones going to the power button also its not the fans like someone on Yahoo! Answers said. Also i believe my sound card is integrated. Please help and if this is in the wrong section im sorry.
