P55-UD3 Can\'t post/no beeps/restart loop

Hi,

Actually my computer cannot work properly it always restarting and booting from floppy.
I want to keep CD ROM on first boot but cannot change first boot I mean it remain unchanged from floppy.
I want to repair my computer but cannot repair because of having above problem which i mention . I need help Anybody can help me please............

can you press f8 while rebooting and selet "enter set up"
or press delete and select enter bios
