Computer freezes while playing World of Warcraft

Hey Guys, I recently built my own computer about a month ago. So far, everything is working fine, with one exception: every time I attempt to play World of Warcraft or Starcrat 2, my computer freezes entirely. The screen will turn a range of different colors each time, and I will be forced to turn the power off and restart. I've upgrade the driver for the video card and still no luck. My specs are:
Windows 7 64bit
AMD Athlon II X4 635 processor
ASUS M4A785-M motherboard
ATI Radeon HD 5750
Ultra 650W power supply
