Difference between ATI

None at all, the 5570 would be lucky to make full use of 1GB, and on a 19" monitor you arent going to be able to use over 1GB of VRAM unless you turn AA way up in which case it would bring the 5570 to a crawl anyway, on a 19" screen 512MB is plenty.
