Pc wont powerup

Hello,
pc worked great for 2 years. went to turn it on one day nothing..not lights no fan movement nothing..only light that lights is keyboard..changed power supply same thing wont power up..tried taking things out ..ram,video card still nothing.. Any idea's ? Thanks
