  1. Looks good. I'm not sure what a AcBel is but the XIGMATEK is a good PSU. Another alternative is the Antec Eartwatts series. Right now on newegg.com you can get a ridiculous sale on a 380w one for $25 after MIR and free shipping.

You can probably run most games at decent settings, you might have to drop down from 1920x1080 but it should look fine. If you really want to get into gaming you'll want to later upgrade to a 6850/460 gtx. Good luck.

here's a slight modification that gets you a better GPU:

    i3-2100: $124.99

    AS Rock H61M/U3S3 Motherboard: $79.99

    G-skill 4 GB DDR3-1333: $39.99

WD Caviar Blue 500 GB Hard drive (SATA 6.0): $39.99

    Antec Earthwatts 380W 80+ Bronze PSU: $39.99 w/ $15 MIR

    GTX 550ti: $134.99 w/ $10 MIR

Rosewill Red LED 20mm fan: $4.99
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200050

    $513.99 total.

If the $500 is a hard limit, you can switch to a SATA 2 seagate 500 GB drive (same price) and the H61M-VS motherboard ($59.99) for a total of $493.91
