Good Budget Gaming LCD - Need advice

Hey guys,
Me again and this time I'm looking for a decent LCD monitor to use for gaming that will cost me $150 or less. I will be running it in 1920 x 1080 on an HD 6870. At the moment I'm looking at the Asus VE228H 21.5" Full HD HDMI LED BackLight LCD Monitor w/Speakers.

Is this monitor a good choice? Does someone own a monitor that is good for gaming for this price?

Which one is better?

Both are almost same with the exception of built in speakers in the first monitor. Do you need it? If not then get the second one (slim design).
