Hi,
I have a Dell Optiplex 745 desktop with Windows Vista 32. I recently purchased a Quadro NVS 420 graphics card so my desktop could support (4) monitors. Unfortunately, I cannot get the graphics card to work. I currently have a ATI Radeon Graphics card-radeon X1300/x1550 series card.

after installing Quadro NVS 420 card; booted the windows but windows didn't detected the card; the card powers on, but I get no display on my screens.

Can someone help me about this issue?

thank you very much

i just uninstall the radeon drivers, but can not install the Quadro nvs 420 driver, when i click to instal nvs 420 it say" there is no competiable card for this driver" and can not continue for installation.

also i try; after uninsatall the radeon driver; powered off and install the nvs 420 card to pc then powerd on ; but windows did not see the vns 420 card and got no display on screeen.

This makes me think that there is something wrong with the new 420 card...That or its not seated correctly in the slot..

Do you have another computer to try it in?

DOA (Dead on arrival) and this is a dual gpu single pcb card. Two G86 gpus with 256mb each with a 64bit path for each gpu. I don't remember there being a switch but that can have an impact on compatibility.
