Whats the max processor speed for my computer

i want to buy a new processor for my computer but just found out that there is a max processing speed.
my specs are:

If "MO" on the above link/page denotes a BIOS version, it might support a Core2Duo E7300 (2.66 GHz) as is....

What would said system be used for? (Might not be worthy of upgrading CPU for gaming purposes, if relying on it's integrated graphics?)

Cost of upgrading should be seriously weighed against low cost of H61/i3-2100 combos these days....
