Do you mean that previously, your PC was working. Then you try to clean it and after you put it back, there is no display in the monitor anymore?

If yes, check all the cabling are properly connected specially the power cables and all the RAM's and Video card is properly seated in their respective slots.

Hope this help.

Your CPU was dusty...under the cooler? You removed the cooler and dusted your CPU? Now your computer turns on, but doesn't display? Weird, normally a broken CPU won't turn on, and dusting your CPU shouldn't have broke your GPU (display) or your English, unless the GPU was integrated. I just don't know where to start with this.
