Figuring out which power box I need for this rig.

My brother is wanting me to build a rig, however, I never built one before. Did a job shadow for a company some 8 years ago where I put parts together, but didn't know what was what (well aside this is power supply, this is the cpu and so on).

Was basically hoping to get an education in this matter, here are the parts

I was looking in description/specs on motherboard/ram/video card and such trying to find wattage and volts and junk, but to no avail, guess more research needs to be done outside of site or something or am I stupid and blind? I can see how much watts the CPU needs, but for nothing else, I don't want to screw this expensive rig up trying to figure out the power unit.

you need no more then 500 watts for one card or 750 for 2
