Wierd restarting problem

So I just built my first computer and everything is working perfectly fine, except one little thing. It's more of an annoyance than anything. When I first turn on the computer it stays on for about 10 seconds, turns off, then turns back on in another 10 seconds or so and has absolutely no problems after that. I'd like to know what is going on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was having that issue, mine specifically was from the motherboard having an issue from my overclocking the base clock a little bit, I turned it back down to 100MHz and the problem was solved.

The other solution for that problem I have heard is to turn off "Boot from PCIe" in the BIOS.
