HI I HAVE
INTEL-I5-760
ASUS-P7H55M BOARD
ZION-2*3=6 GB DDR3*1333FSB
SEAGATE-500GB
ATI-HD4670 1GB DDR3
DELL-20 INCH LED
COLLER MASTER EXTREME 600 PSU

NOW MY PROBLEM IS IT IS RUNNING WITH NO PROBLEM, BUT DURING GAMES IN HIGH/LOW MODE LIKE JAMES BOND BLOOD STONE, MEDAL OF HONOUR 2010,CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS, AFTER A FEW MINUTE PLAYING MONITOR SHOWING "POWER SAVING MODE" AND GOING BLACK, AFTER THAT 10-12 SECONDS COMPUTER RESTARTS, KINDLY HELP???? WHAT HAPPENING THERE???BUT DURING OFFICIAL WORK NO PROBLEM THERE..

First, let's turn Caps Lock off.

Off the top of my head it sounds like the PSU might be dying, or it could be the GPU is overheating and crashing

Download HWMonitor and see what temps you're getting as well as how much your voltage fluctuates on 3.3, 5, and 12 volt lines.

This has nothing to do with your monitor. Period. The monitor indicates it has gone to power save mode when it loses a signal from your computer as its rebooting. You likely have a thermal or a power problem. If you have a spare power supply lying around, this will be very easy to pinpoint.
