Motherboard wont turn on

i just bought a ASUS P5G41T-M lX motherboard i put the whole system togather and it all worked fine, then i disbaled the Ingreated gpu in the bios it turned off and now the system wont switch back on? i've tryed a few diffrent psus and power switchs but still nothing?. the green little on the mobo is on and if i plug my death adder in it all lights up ? so would it be a problem with the board or?

my specs are
ASUS P5G41T-M lX
SAPPHIRE 6850 1GB
4GB DDR3
win power+plus 750W psu

Remove the C-mos battery from the board for a little while, it'll reset the bios, unless you have a jumper on that board im not entirely sure. It'll inform you on how to do this in the manual for the board.
That should allow you back into the biod and to be able to boot back up.
