I am currently using a P67 Sabertooth with an i5 2500k oc'd to 4.5ghz. I also have two GTX 570 in SLI configuration. However, I use a third monitor so I had to add a smaller GTX 520 in between the two 570s to power the third monitor while keeping the other in SLI configuration. (Yes, I could power all three monitors off the two 570s but not in SLI - thus, being lazy, I added a third card).

However, I'm interested in upgrading to a Z68 mobo so I can ditch the additional 520 and use onboard video to power the third monitor (mainly used for watching videos). I'd also like a lot more space between the 570s so I can use aftermarket cooling on them. As it is, they nearly touch each other on the P67 Sabertooth.

So, I'm asking:

1. Can I use the Z68 onboard video via i5 2500K along side two discrete GTX570 gpus to power a third monitor?
2. Is there a board out there that has a lot of space between the two PCI-E slots allowing for aftermarket cooling for the 570s?
3. Are there Z68 mobos that have 6xSATA3 Intel RST ports? (I run 6x60Vertex2 in Raid o) and could see an increase if they weren't spread across SATAII and SATAIII ports.
4. Finally, do Z68 boards (the newer ones) offer 2xPCI-E 2 @ 16 or all of them at x8/x8?

Thanks.

1. Yes, but you won't be able to drag applications that use the GPU between the GTX 570 and the integrated graphics monitors.
2. Most boards that are SLI certified have two slots between the PCIe x16 slots, but check before you buy.
3. No, the chipset is limited to two SATA III ports. The 7 series chipset might have more though, if you are willing to wait.
4. Only the really expensive (also usually XL-ATX form factor) ones with a PCIe switch have 2 x16 slots.
