Looking for a motherboard under 100$

I'm not going to overclock and won't be using CF/SLI either.

I was considering the ASrock H61iCAFE and the Asus p8h67-v, the Asus one being 30 bucks more expensive.

Current build:

i5-2400
Sapphire HD6850
8gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
Corsair CX500
Seagate 7200 6gbs 500gb
wireless network card
sound card

I would get a H67 board, pretty sure Asrock has some cheaper options than the Asus board.
