Hello, Im trying to build a computer for my parents just for general use. Never built a computer before.
I have only a keyboard. I need the rest. Preffered website: newegg.com. Budget: 400$. Thank you in advance.

alternately: get this $194 combo (uses DDR2, but still adequate for your parents)

the major differences is the DDR3 vs DDR2 RAM, the case, and power supply.
