we are planning to implement a new property management system with oracle data base standard edition one. we are in the look out of a best server confugeration (10 to 20 user) which is the latest and socket should not be more than two. this pms has more than 10 different modules. we will not use this server for any other application than pms.
i need valuable adivse before i buy the server

What OS are you going to run? Windows or Linux.

Don't go the cheap way, go to one of the big boys like Dell, HP, IBM and get them to supply the server and pay the extra for them to help with configuration and setup. It normally works out cheaper than doing it internally, especially if it goes wrong.
