Asus p8z68-v pro 3203 fimware problem

Hello all, i firmwared my mobo to the 3203. I can startup my system from hdd, but i can't go in the bios (if i press delete or f1 i have a permanent blackscreen) , and i can't see all my physical RAM. I have 16gb corsair 1600 4x4, but now my system sees only 8 gb of RAM. If i remove 8 gb of RAM from my motherboard, my system sees only 4mb =(
by the way initial beep signals when i start my pc has no errors. Only one short beep. In this moment i write this topic on the my system with this problem. Asus update software sees 3203 version of my BIOS.

I would start by resetting your BIOS there is a jumper on your motherboard to do this. if that does not work I would try installing BIOS version 1101

thank you for reply =) yes i try to clear BIOS, but this don't have any results, i will try downgrade. maybe fortune turn to me =)

if you learn a way of going back to the bios ver 0902 let me know! i have had a very itchy system since updating to 3203.. took me about 15 reinstalls of windows before i could get a working pc again!... i now cant set up raid on the 3rd party controler and my mobo will go nuts if i put a second GPU in.....
