GTS 250 vs GTX 460

Is this a big enough jump to warrant an upgrade or should I hold out longer. I want to spend just under $200. Currently running I7-2600K oc@4.4.
I only want to do this if I'll see a large performance increase.

Thanks. Last year my 2 year old 8800GT died a few hours before I had a raid to attend. I was forced to pick up a card on the spot from Best Buy and just got whatever they had that wasn't horribly overpriced. I didn't see any performance increase with the naked eye, but never benchmarked it.
Now with my new system the card seems a bit dated. Currently playing Black Ops and am enjoying the Rift Beta. Both play very well.

Wow...they're bringing back the "Ti" Suffix again? As far as the 6850 or 6870 I'm open to it. I've always been a 3dfx/Nvidia guy but am open to try AMDs offerings. Their numbering system seems a bit funny. Higher number doesn't always equal better card.
