I am planning to use an external USB keyboard in my new HP laptop
NX8220.

This keyboard features an USB mouse input control keys for PC sound
and cd. It came with my Preasrio 5WV235 Desktop.

Is there going to exist any problem since this keyboard seems to be
designed for the Presario desktop?

Thanx
Manuel

As a keyboard it will work just fine. But you very likely won't have access
to the PC sound controls - typically those come from a drive that came with
the original computer, and your new computer won't have them. There are
some generic XP drivers for multi-media keyboards, and it may still work.
Just try it. I'll guarantee you won't hurt anything, and it will certainly
let you
use the keyboard normally
