Hi,

I have connected my PC to my Panasonic plasma through HDMI. Everything seems to work well. However, when playing Itunes video content a slim 'band' appears every 30 seconds or so that moves from the top to the bottom of the TV. Within this band the image is slightly displaced. I guess I need to change the configurations, but I do not know how?

Also, the TV displays a little less than the entire PC image. I would be grateful for any suggestions that would help me fix these issues.

Are you using a cheap cable to connect to the television?

Yes I am. I thought that had not impact on the signal, but perhaps it can be too cheap?

Try this fire up a video from itunes and when the line appears grab the hdmi plug and wiggle it a bit and see if the picture clears up. If it does get a better cable.

It is amazing how much the cable makes a difference. There are some HDMI cables that are an inch or two thick. Not for what we need them for but they are out there and they charge by the foot. The length of the cable makes a big difference also. i am looking into getting a TV tuner card for my PC, I have the blue ray built in and a 1080p monitor with 5.1. It is a pretty nice setup for my little computer. I can see a difference between the stock cable and the one I went out and bought when I play my Blue Ray movies.

I forgot to add, play with the software a lot. I do not know Nvidea software at all but I know with ATI software there are options to stretch the screen and auto adjust and other things that may be helpful. I am sure that Nvidea has the same options.
