Thanks for this suggestion i also saw this before i3 is good in gaming right now but there is problem most of the games right now is Gpu intensive not cpu the Athlon x3 450 can handle all of the games to well without any problem even running in 2 gb ram plus hd 5670. I think all games is playable in moderate settings, plus i can save big money. Because I'm buying 200 units of gaming PC but thanks i will consider this option if prices of i3 will go down next month.

You would be better off getting a i3-2100 and a H61/H67. The i3-2100 is faster in gaming than a 3.5ghz Phenom II X4.

Cpu is only 65w. Also you will be able to upgrade it in the future where as with the AM3 your kinda screwed.

a better video card for the same price. Direct X 10 only, but at this price you won't get much from direct X 11 anyway

HD 4830

Imo, it's well worth the $60. The performance alone is worth $60. It also uses less watts and has a future upgrade path. AM3 really does not have an upgrade path.

Obviously your title says "Lowest electricity comsumption". Well not only is it a lot faster but it uses 30w less.

I think you should just wait.
Llano should be out by June, and it should be probably everything you're looking for, ~Phenom II X4 quad performance, HD5670-class GPU, low power draw, simple and cheap.
