Cheapest Budget Gaming build with low electricity consumption

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: June 1
BUDGET RANGE: 230-270 Before / After Rebates, but playable in all latest games on decent settings.

(my build @ $231.96)

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT:Gaming, surfing the net.

PARTS REQUIRED: Processor, Motherboard, RAM and Graphics card only.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Philippines

OVERCLOCKING
: No SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1440x900, 1600 x 900 or 1920 x 1080 (from 19”, 20” or 21.5” preferred brand Samsung). ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: low electricity consumption is very important.

1. Low cost gaming builds, but can perform gaming my target is all latest games playable on decent settings at a MONITOR RESOLUTION of 1440x900, 1600 x 900 or 1920 x 1080. Plus Cost is important cause I need 200 units of gaming pc.
2. Durable parts for heavy usage like 15 to 20 hours a day.
3. Less Electricity consumption.
4. The gaming build should be cool no fans needed just one built in auxiliary fan.
5. Motherboard that can withstand frequent brownouts, cause in my country brown out happens almost twice a week.

Thanks for this suggestion i also saw this before i3 is good in gaming right now but there is problem most of the games right now is Gpu intensive not cpu the Athlon x3 450 can handle all of the games to well without any problem even running in 2 gb ram plus hd 5670. I think all games is playable in moderate settings, plus i can save big money. Because I'm buying 200 units of gaming PC but thanks i will consider this option if prices of i3 will go down next month.

mine cpu and mobo cost: $129.98 my savings 189.98 less 129.98 = $60.00


do you think its worth it? Any of you guys can give comment on this, any help would be much appreciated.... thanks :)

are you sure this is better than HD 5670 can you give me a site with benchmark please.... thanks
 


Imo, it's well worth the $60. The performance alone is worth $60. It also uses less watts and has a future upgrade path. AM3 really does not have an upgrade path.

Obviously your title says "Lowest electricity comsumption". Well not only is it a lot faster but it uses 30w less.

Oh my your right i can't believe what i saw, how is this posible 4 vs 5 series :) but the electricity load power 5670 is better hmmmm now it depends on the price per unit..... i will compute which one is better.... by the way thank you very much :)
