Hello,
I have bought a new system with intel core 2 quad Q8400 on aDG41WV board and 2 memory sticks of 2 GB each.
And i have XP SP2 Pro 32 bit on my system.

The problem is that my system crashed without any error, blue screen or post boot error message.

Even when i remove 1 ram of 2GB, the problem still occurs.

The Intel® Desktop Board DG41WV and the Intel Core™ 2 Quad Q8400
does support Windows XP as can been seen here http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/cs-008326.htm. I would advise that you update all the drivers to make sure that they aren’t causing the problem from here http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Desktop+Boards&ProductLine=Intel%c2%ae+4+Series+Chipset+Boards&ProductProduct=Intel%c2%ae+Desktop+Board+DG41WV.

If the problem keeps up check your power supply to make sure that it isn’t going bad. I had something like this one time and as soon as I got my hand near the power supply it felt very hot.
