Replacement of Quadro FX3400 in HP xw6200

I have a hp xw6200 workstation, with a non-replaceable 500w PSU, and one PCIe x16 slot, with a max 150w rating. It formally contains nvidia quadro fx3400( Fried ) i need a normal replacement for it to play HDmovies and games..

i do not need a professional card from quadro series.

can 8400GS work on my workstation??

Intel Xeon 3.0Ghz CPUs
1GB DDR-2 RAM
320GB SATA HDD
NVidia Quadro FX 3400
500w PSU with max of 150w rating

my budget is kinda short so any basic card to get it going.. plz reply fast

Hi, if you are still looking for help a Radeon HD5450 will work ok, well its works on mine in XP and Win 7 32 and 64bit.
I am going to try a Radeon HD4670 soon and see if that brings up the performance at all.
