Graphics card for laptop

Is it possible to add a graphics card to a laptop.my friend has an asus laptop.it has a build in intel HD GMA.core i3 processor, H55 chipset motherboard, 2 gb ram.to play games it need a good graphics card.NVDIA is more prefered.

Nope sorry man only way to upgrade is buy a newer or faster laptop.
