Hello,So I have a rat I have been watching and i was away for a couple of days and someone let it out and it chewed through my HDD LED wire and Reset SW wires that connect to your motherboard how am to go about to fix them

Follow the leads from the switch/led to identify which is which,
bare a little of each wire and twist/solder them back together,
you dont need the hdd light bh, and replacement reset assemblies should be less than a pound/dollar if you dont want to tweak it yourself

just replace the casing of your system, it has a brandnew cable already attached to a new casing... hope it works...
