Hi I am Benita. My dell desktop cd rom no longer detects any cd or dvd. This problem occured immediately after the warranty period got over. The same thing happened to my dell lap top as well. The dell support people are not ready to help me fix the problem, instead they want me to purchase extended warranty, which works out much higher than the solution for the problem. They are harping on the same thing and not supportive at all. Their relevant name would be dell anti-support, if there exists a word like that. Can anyone help?
