Half of my memory is "Hardware Reserved"!

I have 8GB of memory installed (GA-P55M-UD4 and Xeon X3440), but in the System information it says only 4GB is usable, and when I go to resmon, it shows that 4GB is "Hardware Reserved". I don't have any special settings, but seems like too much is lost somewhere. Any help would be appreciated!

Problem solved - my CPU was not seated properly and there was a couple of little pieces of debris between the pins in the socket. Cleaning, and re-seating solved it.
