Boot loop that goes away

I have a gigabyte Z68XP-UD3, everything has worked fine for a few months. Now I get stuck in a boot loop every once in awhile. I've run memtest and my RAM was good. What I can't figure out is why the problem will go away for days at a time then come back all of a sudden. I've found that just letting the loop run will eventually solve the problem and it boots up. Then the next time I start it up it may loop, or it will be fine again for days. Any info or advice would be great!

There is a BIOS update available for your board, version F9, that specifically deals with the boot loop issue.

yeh .. the latest bios version can fix the problem somehow.
