PC advice for CS5.5

Hello,

I'm looking to update my very old
graphics programs and purchasing Adobe CS 5.5. I currently using an Intel(R),
Pentium(R) 4CPU 2.20GHz,
2.20 GHz, 768MB of Ram

What is the best pc computer to buy for around $700-800 that will run CS 5.5 without a problem.
1T storage needed.

Fine a Quad core or 4 Virtual Core like i3 2120(SandyBridge) and 8GB Corsair Vengeance with GTx 560(Non-Ti) and a cheap mid tower case for 20-40 bucks and a 3gb/s 1tb 32MB Cache and Corsair Tx650 v2 and than a cheap 130 buck mobo... CS5.5 or Creative Suite are based on mostly VideoCard(If 3D) but if your doing movie or editing them, it's CPU but the i3 2120 can handle it since it perform nearly as good as a Core 2 Quad Q9550(Best CPU in the LGA 775 families)
