Ati radeon hd 5800 green window

Have the most up-to-date driver for the graphics card, running windows 7. When in a graphics application running video in a window in a browser or working in photoshop cs5, the screen will go black flash a bit and then the window in which the graphic was located (photoshop or a browser window playing a video) will be blank (white or green). I must restart the application or windows to have it come back. Don't know what else to try.

For me this bug appears when watching VODS online on GOMtv.net and when watching video in MPC / VLC (everything from blueray to xvid)
