Is this a good motherboard?

Well I've been looking for a new motherboard, and I found this:

This is the one that I think I should get but it is Biostar, I heard that they made good boards, but I myself have never used them.

I currently have an AMD Phenom II x6 1090t, and I would like to OC it to 4.0GHz, I will be using dual Nvidia GTX560s, and I will have 16GB of 1333MHz DDR3 RAM.

I have been looking at a few others:

They are Gigabyte and Asus, and I have heard a lot more about them, but the Asus have dual x8 for the PCIe, and I plan on having an SLI configuration so I want the max speed possible, so I think that wont be very good. But I like all the features that the Asus board has, and I heard they are very easy to OC.

The Gigabyte has dual x16, but no UEFI BIOS, and seems to have a lot less features than the Asus so I don't think OC'ing will be as easy. The Gigabyte doesn't seem to have very many "extra" features, the On/Off charge and the "super-powered" USB ports could be useful, but I generally have my computer on all the time and I don't think that the super USB ports could be all that good for my phone battery (and my mice/keyboards).

The Biostar is cheap, which I like. I heard that this line of their boards, the TA series, was designed to be their OCing line of boards, and I plan on OCing. I like having the debug LED display on the board, and I REALLY like having the ability to remotely control my PC with the BIO-remote 2.

I can't really go with any cheaper boards because I need the On-Board USB 3 header for my case, and I don't want to have a pass through. All three of the boards seem to have almost the exact same specifications, except for the ones I stated.

Any ideas on which board I should get? I'm still leaning towards the Biostar because it's cheaper, and doesn't seem to lack any features, but I'm not too sure about Biostar.

Thanks.
