I have no toolbar ms windows help

Hello, a few days ago Malware ate my toolbar. I have looked for help to restore it tried all the normal things. NOTHING. any help MUCH appreciated.

the dll that was infected ( so they say is ) evauthp2.dll / any clues ?

What toolbar, right click on the gray bar on the top of your browser and select the toolbar you need.

the main toolbar at bottom where you begin the start menu. not findable from gray bar. thanks for replying.

Press Ctrl and Esc and go in Control panel then double click "Taskbar and Start menu" set that to lock and to be always on top.

control escape doesnt bring up anything.( inlcuding control panel) that also must have been affected. Ill look again now if I can figure out HOW to get into control panel!
