I would:

...get my OS from Newegg for $20 cheaper.

...get this CPU/combo for $20 cheaper.

...switch the HDD to a Samsung spinpoint F3 for $19 less.

...get a rebate for $10 on my power supply.

...buy this memory today for $10 less.

...and look at this case for the same price, after rebate.

Hey thanks for saving me money! I think the $20 for the intel motherboard is worth it for the USB 3.0 ports. Won't the Samsung HDD be slower because it is 3GB/s while the Western Digital is 6GB/s? Is it worth the price difference? Also, is Patriot memory a good brand name? Otherwise, I will be going with what you suggested. Thanks again!

The Intel® Core™ I3 2100 and a H67 board will make a nice set up for you at a reasonable cost. SATA III can be a faster then SATA II check the transfer rate on the drive to see how they stack up.
