Bluescreen related to video card

Hello everyone,
I have recently been getting a blue screen when playing World of Warcraft, and I'm pretty sure it's due to my graphics card. Every once in a while the screen would fidget and freeze and would terminate into a blue screen. I'm not sure if its due to overheating, because I'm using EVGA precision at 90% fan. My GPU drivers are up to date.

The message after recovering from blue screen:

Take the card out and look at the capacitors and see if any of them are broken or cracked. Seems like this is a common issue on older cards.
