Please post a bit more--such as a question. That would be helpful. Nonetheless, to answer your question--you cannot play ANY 3D games made since 2005 on high graphics settings with Radeon HD 3200 graphics. You probably can't play anything better than Civilization 4 (not 5) on medium settings.

You'll need a discrete graphics card to play any real games. Even a $50 card like a Radeon HD 5550 would be a big upgrade. But you'll need a $100 graphics card to play any real games at anything above the lowest settings or above 1024x768 resolution.
