Fans still spinning in sleep mode

Hello.
I want to put my computer into sleep, but if I choose "S1 (Sleep)", the fans and lights are on. In BIOS I have only S1 and S3 to choose. (Maybe S2 would solve my problem, but BIOS does not give me the option)
I need to enter sleep mode, where I can restore it very fast (Windows resuming after hibernation takes more time then normal boot).

I would be very happy, if there is a possibility to put my computer into sleep where is no noise from fans and no lights (fans with LED and one blue diode).

Fans are power-supplied by PSU with molex, so it has maybe no influence to the board settings. (It could be...)
